Contractor with a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Federal Supply Class (FSC) Group 66 III Cost Per Test (CPT)/Cost per Patient Reportable Result (CPRR), Clinical Laboratory Analyzers contract that manufactures and provides the required testing instrumentation and performs the required services for automated hematology instrumentation and all required items referenced above capable of meeting all of the following: The fully automated instrumentation shall be able to simultaneously perform the complete profile meeting the performance characteristics for accuracy and precision as defined by the 1988 Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) and the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). New instrumentation is required for each of the clinical laboratories located at the VISN facilities listed in Attachment A. Includes 8 medical center and 20 outpatient clinic laboratories. Operating system software shall be currently sold and supported by software manufacturer. See attached file.
