Description: The scope of work includes but is not limited to asbestos and lead abatement, hazardous and universal waste disposal, selective demolition, interior renovations, concrete, masonry, structural steel, railings, rough carpentry, architectural casework, roofing, doors, frames and hardware, aluminum storefront and glazing, drywall and metal framing, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and carpet tile, painting, specialties, food service equipment including walk-in coolers and freezers and exhaust hoods, countertops, hydraulic elevator work, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and controls, electrical, standby generator and transfer switch, lighting, data conduit, fire alarm renovations, earthwork, asphalt and concrete paving, landscaping, and sanitary and storm utilities.
