Heavy Equipment Rental Services

Description: Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC, the management and operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy-owned Idaho National Laboratory, is seeking expressions of interest from vendors able to provide heavy equipment rentals for INL facilities in Idaho Falls and nearby site locations. The anticipated scope includes various heavy equipment categories, delivery and pickup, maintenance and inspection documentation, safety and regulatory compliance, and repair or replacement service, with a proposed base period from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, plus four option years. Interested firms must submit a PDF response of no more than 15 pages by email to Chase Egbert by October 2, 2026, and selected respondents may later be invited to participate in a formal RFP.
