Hearing Officer Service (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking two independent, impartial, and unbiased administrative hearing officer services to preside over administrative appeals arising under the laws, rules, and policies governing the MainePERS. Hearing Officers are assigned appeal cases on an as-needed basis and are responsible for conducting impartial, timely, and legally sound adjudicatory proceedings. See attached file.
