Hazard Mitigation Plan RFP

Description: The County of Livingston, New York, through its Office of Emergency Management, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors with expertise in Hazard Mitigation Planning to update the All Hazard Multi-Jurisdictional Mitigation Plan for the County and its participating partner municipalities. Proposals must be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York, until 1:00 p.m. on August 12, 2026. Copies of the RFP documents may be obtained by contacting the Office of the Livingston County Administrator via email or phone at (585) 243-7040, and the County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
