Golf Cart Lease-Cheraw State Park
Lease of seventy-two (72) golf carts and seven (7) utility carts.
Description: The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is soliciting competitive bids for a hay-harvesting lease covering approximately 176 acres of prairie at Milford State Park. The successful lessee will make one annual cut, bale and remove the hay, retain the harvested hay, and pay on a per-ton basis under a term running through December 31, 2027, with up to three additional 36-month renewals. Bidders must be registered with Kansas, submit a cost-per-ton bid, meet the stated agricultural, environmental, and certification requirements, and submit by October 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST.
