Hauling of Dewatered Wastewater Sludge

Description: The Town of Cheshire is seeking competitive proposals from qualified contractors for the Town's project known as Hauling of Dewatered Wastewater Sludge. Sealed proposals are due by 11:00 AM on November 25, 2026, at the office of Cheshire Public Works Room 213, Cheshire Town Hall, 84 South Main Street, Cheshire, Connecticut 06410. The documents comprising the Request for Proposals ("RFP") may be obtained on the Town's website under "Businesses" / "Bids & RFPs -- Doing business with the Town." The Town of Cheshire reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town's sole discretion and judgment, will be in the Town's best interests.
