Description: Work includes 200 SY of pavement cut and removal, 200 SY of asphalt concrete base, type bm25 (a or d) (4" compacted layer) (pavement repair or street rehab), 220 Ton asphalt concrete pave. Type sm-12. 5a, 740 SY pavement profiling, 6 EA valve box replacement, 38 LF new concrete curb, vdot std. Cg-2, 8 SY replacement concrete sidewalk 4" thick), 5 ea existing manhole grade adjustment, erosion and sediment control, 3,500 SY asphalt removal (chipping), and 200 SY reinstall belgium block with polymeric sand.
