Harnett County Animal Adoption Center Project in Lillington RFP

Description: The Scope of Work consists of a new 6,800 SF Animal Adoption Center, a new 9,250 SF Kennel Building and an additional 2,700 SF Kennel Building. Planned program spaces include kenneling, a surgery and recovery center, feline rooms, office and meeting spaces, and adoption support facilities. Site improvements will include a visitor parking area, two staff parking spaces, an area for trailer parking and ACO cleanout, as well as a livestock area, fowl house, and two dog exercise yards.
