Halfway Houses and Recovery Kentucky Centers (Reentry Service Center and Recovery Kentucky Centers)

Description: The Commonwealth of Kentucky (Finance and Administration Cabinet, on behalf of the Department of Corrections) seeks vendors to establish and operate Reentry Service Centers and Recovery Kentucky Centers that provide residential housing, reentry services, and substance use disorder treatment for felons, parolees, probationers, and pre-release offenders. Facilities must meet DOC policies, PREA standards, and applicable federal/state/local requirements and provide at least two evidence-based treatment programs; compensation is structured per diem and multiple awards are anticipated.
