The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the following: Fire Door Assessment & Reporting: The Contractor shall submit a Work Plan covering; assessment methodology, NFPA 80 compliant inspection checklist, scheduling by floor, and photo file naming convention. The Contractor shall submit a Work Plan for Government approval within 10 days of NTP. The Work Plan will contain a baseline schedule. Revisions to the baseline schedule shall be approved by the Government. Monthly schedule updates are required. The Work Plan should include all actions the contractor plans to take to fulfill the scope of work requirements. See attached file.

To repair automatic doors and their closely associated components at tobyhanna army depot (tyad). The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contract service providers who are subcontractors performing services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. The contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this pws. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services.
