Gymnasium Floor Replacement RFP

Description: Essexville-Hampton Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed flooring contractors to remove and replace the gym floor at Verellen Elementary School in Essexville, Michigan. The work includes removing approximately 3,780 square feet of existing VCT, preparing and leveling the concrete substrate, and installing Tarkett Sports Indoor Omnisports Multi-Use vinyl sports flooring in Blue Maple, with court markings and related wall-base and transition work. The contractor must also provide freight, protect the site and control dust and odor, complete cleanup and a final walkthrough, and provide closeout materials including warranty and maintenance information.
