GULFPORT REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Parking Management/Leasing for a Parking Garage

Description: The Gulfport Redevelopment Commission is soliciting proposals from qualified applicants to manage and/or lease the parking garage under construction at the intersection of 25th Avenue and West Beach Boulevard in the Gulfport Town Center/Channel South development. This is a parking-garage management and leasing solicitation, not a grant program. Proposals must be submitted to the Office of Procurement or uploaded to the Planroom no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on November 3, 2026.
