Grove Neighborhood Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer Improvements RFP

Description: James City County seeks two-step sealed bids from qualified Virginia-licensed contractors for stormwater and sanitary sewer improvements at 123 Whiting Ave. The work includes constructing a regenerative stormwater conveyance system to replace a failing concrete channel, replacing approximately 83 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe, and repaving the affected portion of Church Street.
