Ground Lease Opportunity At Hialeah Drivers Education Range/hialeah Senior High School RFP

Description: Redevelopment of the drivers education range site through a long-term ground lease or similar development structure. The primary objective of this project is to generate significant upfront financial proceeds and long-term revenue to support the funding and construction of a new senior high school facility. The drivers education range site is not intended to include an on-site educational facility as part of the redevelopment. Proposers shall instead focus on maximizing the financial and development potential of the site in a manner that supports district priorities.
