Greenhouse Modernization - (Request for Quotation)

Description: Renovate existing greenhouse space The Period of Performance (PoP) of this work shall be two hundred ten (210) days Greenhouse #2 must be renovated by demolishing the existing glazing system and supports and attaching them to the existing structure to remain. The greenhouse currently has concrete walkways and gravel flooring throughout the three (3) growth rooms, which must be demolished and replaced with a concrete slab sloping towards a new trench drain in the center of each growth room. The greenhouse must be reskinned with new polycarbonate panels and supports attaching to the existing structural system. The mechanical and electrical systems throughout the greenhouse must be demolished and replaced with new systems with the exception of four (4) heaters that must be removed and reinstalled. The greenhouse must have a fully automatic shade cloth system and automatic ridge vents throughout each growth room. One (1) new stainless steel sink must be provided to the growth room directly adjacent to the head house.
