Green Bay Campus Rooftop Solar RFP

Description: Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is seeking proposals to design, install, and commission a rooftop solar photovoltaic system at its Green Bay campus. The work includes engineering, permitting, interconnection, equipment installation, and operations and maintenance training and curriculum support. The project aims to reduce electricity costs, improve energy resilience, advance the College’s sustainability goals, and provide students with hands-on clean-energy learning opportunities.
