Greater Binghamton Airport - Rehabilitation of Hangar 2 & 3 - Phase 2

Description: The project will rehabilitate hangars 2 and 3 at the greater binghamton airport to address aging infrastructure, safety concerns, and code deficiencies by upgrading outdated HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems; and improving overall energy efficiency and safety. The work includes restoring damaged interiors, rehabilitating hangar bay doors, installing modern heating and ventilation solutions, and implementing ADA and current building code compliance measures such as accessible restrooms, fire - rated assemblies, co detection, and elevator installation.
