Grease Management Service - Treasury Dining Room (TDR) and Vault Cafe RFP

Description: Grease interceptor deep cleaning: 1. Perform full pump-out and deep cleaning of grease interceptors serving both the tdr (treasury dining room) and vault cafe. 2. Remove all accumulated grease, sludge, wastewater, and solid materials. 3. Utilize vacuum truck services for complete evacuation of interceptor contents. 4. Scrape and clean all interior walls, baffles, and components to remove adhered grease buildup. 5. Inspect interceptor components for structural integrity, leaks, corrosion, and proper operation. 6. Reassemble all components and ensure system is fully operational after servicing. 7. Refill interceptor with clean water as required to restore proper function. See attached file.
