Description: Grant consultants. The successful candidate must have significant experience in securing grants for a municipality from federal, state, and/or other funding sources. The successful candidate will provide the city with services related to, but not necessarily limited to: 1. Informing the city of current and anticipated funding programs in which it is eligible to participate. 2. Meet with city officials to ascertain local funding priorities, and conduct follow-up research on all current funding opportunities. 3. Determine the city’s eligibility for funding programs, and inform the city of each program’s competitiveness, current funding levels, local benefits, and responsibilities. 4. Recommend involvement in all appropriate funding programs under which the city may be eligible. 5. Upon authorization by the city’s appointed designee, the consultant will prepare all assigned grant applications. 6. After the grant applications are submitted, the consultant will follow up with each funding source during the review/scoring process. See attached file.

Lakeland College invites qualified multidisciplinary Prime Consultant teams to provide professional consulting services for two capital projects at its Vermilion and Lloydminster campuses. Project 1 is an Equine Facility intended to proceed through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout, and warranty review, while Project 2 is a Lloydminster Campus Space Planning and Renovation Project initially proceeding through space planning and schematic design, with optional later phases. One Prime Consultant will be selected for both projects and is expected to coordinate architectural, engineering, estimating, stakeholder engagement, tendering, construction administration, commissioning support, and project closeout services.
