Grant Writer and Grant Management Consultant (Request For Proposal)

Description: The City desires to appoint a Grant Writer and Grant Management Consultant to assist in the application, processing, reporting, auditing, and exercising of federal, state, and local grants. Duties would include working with administration, particularly the finance functions of the City, to reconcile and organize previous grant awards which are in various levels of completion and compliance, assisting in the draw-down of grant funding previously awarded and payable to the City, coordinating spending plans for grant money from various sources, and keeping a record of grant awards and requirements.
