Grant Administration RFP
Provide qualified professional administrator or service provider (individual/firm) to administer the contract.
Description: Nonpoint Source (NPS) pollution is a primary cause of water quality impairments throughout state and the nation. Unlike pollution from discrete sources, such as industrial and sewage treatment plants, NPS pollution comes from many diffuse sources (NAC 445A.309). NPS Pollution is caused by rainfall or snowmelt runoff that mobilizes natural and human-made pollutants as water moves across and through the ground, and deposits them into lakes, rivers, streams, wetlands, and groundwater.
