Construction Management Consultant (Request for Qualifications)
Provide professional project management services including, but not limited to: assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination; assist with coordination with municipal departments, professionals, contractors, and regulatory agencies; assist with monitoring project progress and compliance with timelines and deliverables; preparation of status reports, as needed, for the mayor, council, and administration; assist with oversight of construction and non-construction municipal projects; other related services as requested by the town administrator or town council
