DESIGN-BUILD: Design and construction of a new, one-story Fine Arts and Music replacement facility of approx. 38,500 GSF / 22,300 ASF including instructional and performance spaces, specialized Fine Arts and Music labs/studios, faculty and support spaces, associated building systems, accessibility improvements, site development, utility infrastructure, and related improvements. The project will include a rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system as part of the basis of design, maximizing use of the available roof area. The project will also include preparation of demolition documents for the existing Fine Arts and Music buildings, with actual demolition of those buildings to occur under a separate future project.
