GPC - Boat Launch Improvements

The Larose Public Boat Launch Improvements solicitation is for construction improvements including installation of a vinyl sheet pile bulkhead, timber piles, boat ramps, and related work, with a base estimate of $480,000 and an Alternate 1 estimated at $80,000. Electronic bids are to be submitted through Central Auction House and will be received at the Lafourche Parish Civil Service Building until the bid opening. Bidders must hold a Louisiana State Contractor's License in Heavy Construction and obtain plans/specifications via Central Auction House or from the Engineer (Picciola & Associates) for a $100 deposit.

Construction of a boat launch site. Work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, dredging, earthwork, single lane concrete ramp with floating docks, and paving. Site improvements include landscaping and miscellaneous site amenities. The launch ramp shall be installed utilizing a push-slab concrete construction method.

Boat launch ramp upgrade, includes facility upgrades, but is not limited to, extension of the launch ramp to allow longer seasonal use of the lake, replacement of the boarding floats, removal and replacement of non-compliant accessible pathways making them compliant, revising the configuration and layout of onsite sidewalks and accessible pathways to promote a more efficient and compliant systems of walks, retrofit of the trailer parking layout for efficiencies and accessibility compliance, upgrade the handicap parking, mill and repaving of the parking lot, upgrade of facility signage, and cleaning of existing onsite stormwater treatment units (project). There are also three additive alternates as part of this project: (1) removal of the existing restroom facility and placement of a new, modular restroom facility; (2) removal of the existing fish cleaning station and placement of a new fish cleaning station; and (3) construction of a new kiosk shed for district staff.

The Wisconsin Department of Administration’s Division of Facilities Development is soliciting bids for parking lot pavement improvements at the Mauston Readiness Center for the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs. The project (24E8C) has an estimated construction cost of $520,000 and includes a pre‑bid tour on January 14, 2026. Public bid documents are posted on the state’s e‑Builder portal and bids are due on February 18, 2026.
