Glenwood & Goldendale Electrical Upgrades 2026 RFP

Description: Work at Glenwood SE0801 includes tracing existing panel circuits, updating the panel schedule, replacing the chemical storage exhaust fan, installing a wall heater for freeze protection, and adding a GFCI breaker for the garage circuit. At Glenwood SE0802, the Contractor shall remove abandoned wiring and accessories, provide junction box covers where required, replace the existing panel with a new 70A single-phase panel while retaining the existing branch circuits, and install new feeders to serve the replacement panel. All services shall be labeled, grounding verified, and wire gutters installed as appropriate to consolidate branch wiring. Work at Goldendale SE0901 includes tracing panel circuits, providing a new panel schedule, demolishing the existing panel, and installing a new 200A single-phase panel while retaining existing circuits. The Contractor shall remove the existing water heater feeder and install and connect a new tankless water heater, wall-mounted in the same location, removing piping as necessary. Exterior lighting fixtures shall be replaced and upgraded per the plans. At Goldendale SE0902, the Contractor shall trace and label all circuits, replace existing circuit breakers with new, provide GFCI breakers for circuits 6, 8, and 10, demolish existing exterior lighting fixtures and replace them with upgraded fixtures, and confirm full operational performance including photocell activation. These improvements will modernize electrical distribution, improve safety lighting, and ensure compliance with current code requirements.
