The selected vendor shall provide all software, licensing, configuration, integration, implementation, testing, training, documentation, technical support, and ongoing services necessary to deliver a modern, secure, and fully integrated electronic citation (eCitation) solution for use by the Police Department and other stakeholders. The cloud-hosted solution will support online and offline field issuance of traffic, municipal, and parking citations via mobile devices and laptops, support scanning and thermal printing, manage statutory/municipal codes and court blackout schedules, enable electronic citation amendments, and seamlessly integrate citation data with the City's Records Management System (RMS) and State Stop Data reporting without requiring a direct new interface to the municipal court system.
