Generator Replacement (RFP)

Project called MEA Dispatch Generator Replacement. Construction and commissioning of a new 80kW, Diesel fired Generator and load bank to replace the existing 60kW, Natural Gas fired Generator along with all appurtenant civil, mechanical, and electrical improvements for the MEA Dispatch Center Facility. The existing ATS will be reused with the new generator, and the new generator must interface with the existing ATS controls. A temporary roll up generator must be provisioned and set up as a backup power source while the new generator is being installed.

The project involves the replacement of generators and automatic transfer switches (ats). Including selective demolition, removal of existing equipment, installation of new generators and ats, associated electrical and mechanical work, and restoration of affected areas.
