Districtwide wireless system replacement.

Replace the existing elevator cab and elevators and provide a new, full building emergency generator (full coverage) at the vista verde building to ensure consistent temperature is maintained, to also include controls. The scope consist of the following trades, but not limited to: site work and improvements, selective demolition, concrete, asphalt paving, excavation, filling and grading, roofing, flashing and sheet metal, flooring, elevator, mechanical systems, electrical system, fire protection, and others.

Matanuska Electric Association, Inc./MEA

Project called MEA Dispatch Generator Replacement. Construction and commissioning of a new 80kW, Diesel fired Generator and load bank to replace the existing 60kW, Natural Gas fired Generator along with all appurtenant civil, mechanical, and electrical improvements for the MEA Dispatch Center Facility. The existing ATS will be reused with the new generator, and the new generator must interface with the existing ATS controls. A temporary roll up generator must be provisioned and set up as a backup power source while the new generator is being installed.
