Generator Preventive MAINTENANCE: two locations RFP

Description: Maryland State Archives is soliciting bids for quarterly preventive maintenance, testing, cleaning, adjustments, reporting, and remote monitoring of generators at the Hall of Records in Annapolis and the Baker Building in Windsor Mills. The procurement is a firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base term and up to two optional years, and requires at least five years of generator-equipment experience, Maryland licensing, and small-business reserve certification. Bids must be submitted electronically through eMMA by September 25, 2026, and the procurement is not a grant program.
