The contract will be task-order based with an initial one-year term and up to four one-year renewals, and services include planning, design, rehabilitation, master planning, permitting support, construction administration, and related engineering tasks. The RFQ was posted January 5, 2026 and Statements of Qualifications are due February 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern (not a grant).
