General Contractor - Remodel of Existing Building Structure (Request for Proposals)

Description: Remodel of existing building structures. The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing structures into safe, functional, durable, and code-compliant transitional housing facilities. The project will require extensive renovation of the existing units, correction of existing deficiencies, and replacement or installation of building systems, fixtures, equipment, and finishes as necessary to provide fully functional residential and support spaces.
