This project includes maintenance items at three separate backcountry airstrips. Maintenance includes cutting down trees, removing vegetation, demolition and construction of airplane tie downs, including new chains, construction of boundary and threshold markers on the runway, including removal/relocation and painting of said items, removal/relocation and construction of windsock structures and segmented circles, including painting of said items, construction of information boards, grading cut and fill to raise the airstrip above an existing culvert, construction of an outhouse, installation/replacement of belt drains within the airstrip runway, including the removal and disposal of belt drains, replacing of existing/missing chains at existing airplane tie downs, repairing top drains, removal/disposal of an existing culvert and installation of a new culvert, and painting existing route markers and segmented circles.
