Description: Work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the drawings and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: replacement of both the EPDM roof and the shingles roof areas, ancillary modifications related to ventilation in the attic areas.
