The selected consultant will need a City "Encroachment Permit" to perform fieldwork, if required, for any data collection, such as a topographic survey or any work necessitating traffic control. qualified consulting firms to evaluate existing conditions along the Bayfront within the defined project limits and to develop conceptual design alternatives which can address current access deficiencies.
