Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide emergency housing, meals, and case management services to homeless Veterans in a community-based residential facility. Services will include between 5 and 15 beds (starting with 8 beds) for male and female Veterans, with a minimum one-year established presence in the required zip codes, 24/7 staffing, three nutritious meals daily, laundry facilities, and individualized case management support focused on achieving permanent, stable housing placement.
