Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, on behalf of the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center) at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744, intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Low Demand Safe Haven (LDSH) services for homeless Veterans. The services will be performed off-site at the contractor's facility under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027.
