FY27 Shredder Services Recompete - (Request for Quotation)

Description: The requirement is for turnkey on-site paper shredding service to include providing lockable collection containers, weekly collection, and certification of document destruction. Containers: The contractor shall provide thirty (30) lockable collection containers/consoles. The containers/consoles shall be constructed in such a way that material cannot be removed while the unit is locked. The contractor shall distribute and set up the containers throughout the DeFlorez building (26 ea.) and the Annex Building (4 ea.) at accessible locations to be determined by the Government. The final location/distribution of the containers/ consoles may be adjusted based on demand/usage, including the relative distribution between the two buildings. See attached file.
