Description: The 49th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Advantor Systems II LLC for the procurement, installation, and integration of its intrusion detection systems and associated components. The notice invites capable responsible sources to submit electronic capability statements, proposals, or quotations demonstrating OEM authorization, interoperability with the existing system, and compliance with the Air Force approved equipment list. Responses are due November 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. MDT, after which the agency may proceed with a sole-source award if it has received no qualifying response.

The contractor shall provide drawings and a quote for physical security in building 205 that is compatible with existing security systems maintained by holloman afb and the 49 th sfs and meets the following needs. IDS will be installed for all areas that reasonably afford access to the security container or areas where classified data is stored; IDS will include Intrusion detection equipment, will link with Security Forces, and come with operating instructions.
