FY27 Consumables and Noncontract items for Lufkin State Supported Living Center RFP

Description: The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking competitive bids under solicitation HHS0017872 to establish a blanket purchase order for consumables and noncontract food and kitchen items for the Canteen and Campus at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The initial contract term is September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with a possible one-year extension subject to funding availability, and both HHSC and DSHS may access any resulting contract. Bidders must bid at least 90% of the listed items and submit required certifications, Exhibit A—HHS Solicitation Affirmations, and any applicable HUB subcontracting plan.
