Work includes annual maintenance and safety/control inspections, refrigerant and purge checks, lubrication and motor/starter inspections, vibration analysis, semiannual condenser-tube cleaning, and quarterly operational services. The base period is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with four option years through September 30, 2031, and the solicitation is set aside for small businesses.
