The Contractor shall provide all personnel, along with any additional items required, in order to meet the requirements specified below for this Service: Using acts provided, produce an Open House schedule using time allotted for show. Direct Open House performers within the confines of the set schedule. Assist in obtaining any and all waiver, certifications, and/or approvals from the FAA to conduct the airshow. Liaison with the FAA Representatives (FSDO), Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Emergency Services personnel prior to, and during the show. Manage ground movements of taxiing aircraft and vehicular traffic during airshow. Assist in ensuring all regulatory requirements pertaining to air operations are met. See attached file.
