Description: All-terrain vehicles required must meet or exceed the following requirements. Engine: 4-stroke, 2 cylinder or similar (minimum 2-cylinder or equivalent); Displacement: 850cc-1000cc; Bore x Stroke: 76.0 x 68.0mm or similar; Compression Ratio: 10 3:1 or similar; Maximum Torque: Minimum 34.7lb-ft @ 2500 RPM or greater; Fuel System: Unleaded gasoline required; Fuel Capacity: Minimum 5 gallons; Transmission: Shifter or electronic shift with High/Low range, Forward, Neutral and Reverse; Final Drive System: Shaft drive; selectable 4-wheel drive (2WD/4WD) with dual-mode rear differential lock; or electronic 4WD selector; Alternator Output (max): 23-amp alternator or greater output; Steering: Electric power assisted rack-and-pinion (EPS) or similar version of power steering; Front/Rear Brakes: 4-wheel hydraulic drums or disc brakes; Suspension: Front: Independent; Rear: Straight, Semi-independent or fully independent (preferred); Ground Clearance: Minimum 7.1 inches or greater; Turning Radius: Maximum 20ft or less; Towing Capacity: Minimum 1, 200lbs or greater; Seating Capacity: Minimum of four (4) personnel with seatbelts; Instruments: Street Legal Kit (must include horn, turn signals (blinkers), and reverse lights); The UTV must have a roof; The UTV must have a windshield; The UTV must have an enclosed cabin with doors; The UTV must have HVAC (heat, A/C).
