The U.S. General Services Administration (Public Buildings Service) is soliciting proposals to supply electricity commodity components up to specified Delivery Points for federal facilities, with contracts awarded for terms up to 60 months and multiple awards anticipated. Offerors must be licensed to supply retail electric customers in the applicable states; technical proposals are due Feb 19, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
