The services include but are not limited to individual contractors and community arts organizations to provide a rich portfolio of options for PreK-12 arts learning across all disciplines as well as creative experiences in school and in the community.

The City is offering the Fiscal Year 2026 program to collaborate with duly organized nonprofit organizations wishing to offer arts and recreational programs targeted to underserved populations and low- income communities within the City. The City is looking for innovative and creative partners to serve the communities where they reside, attend school, worship, etc. Preferred programming will be high quality and fill gaps in programming currently provided by the City and existing partners. There will be only one category of Nonprofit Arts and Recreation Grants (“NARG”) for this cycle with a maximum amount of $15,000 award per selected nonprofit organization.
