FY 26 ORV RAMP SHELL ORDER FOR CAPE HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE
The National Park Service’s Outer Banks Group is soliciting clam shell materials to maintain off-road vehicle ramps at multiple locations within Cape Hatteras National Seashore. The requirement includes a base bid of 1,200 cubic yards, an option for 210 cubic yards delivered to Ocracoke, and an option for 780 cubic yards delivered to the Cape Point Campground Storage Site. This is a total small-business set-aside requiring active registration and a valid UEI, with performance scheduled from September 30, 2026, through May 31, 2027.
