FY 2026-27 Supervised Visitation (SP) Program Supplemental RFP
Provide court ordered on-site supervised visitation services. Total estimated available funding: $201,000.
Description: To provide funding for advocacy and support services to unserved/underserved child and youth victims/survivors of crime, by maintaining and/or enhancing an existing program by committing staff time to specifically address the needs of the identified unserved/underserved child and youth victim/survivor population, hiring staff that reflect that population, training staff on the cultural norms of the population, and increasing outreach efforts.

The purpose of the Program is to fund a full-time Sexual Assault Counselor, per Evidence Code § 1035.2, to act as a SART Advocate to take a lead role in the planning and coordinating of SART efforts in their local community with the goal of improving the quality of, response to, and services for, sexual assault victims/survivors.
