FWLB LAS Sludge Removal 2026 RFP

Description: The Fitzgerald Water, Light and Bond Commission is seeking sealed bids for dredging its storage pond and removing, transporting, and disposing of sludge from the Fitzgerald Utility Land Application System. The work requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, licensing, and bonds, including a 10% bid bond and 100% performance and payment bonds.
