Furnish Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Repair and Service to Conventional Land Mobile Radio Systems

Description: The selected contractor will provide comprehensive 24/7 preventive maintenance, emergency repair, and ongoing technical support for conventional land mobile radio (LMR) systems serving emergency fire, police, and EMS communications. Services include performing mandatory annual routine inspections with detailed reporting, responding within two hours to emergency outages, providing two-business-day response times for standard service requests, and supplying all necessary labor, replacement parts, software, and hardware adjustments. Additionally, time-and-materials support for secondary systems—such as hospital interconnects, amateur radio nets, console interfaces, and fire station alerting systems—will be furnished on a task-order basis as required
