Metal structure - 50’ X 100’. 50’ X 50’ X 18’ eave height, insulated and enclosed 50’ X 50’ X 18’ eave height, open bay area with 8’H 9-gauge chain link fencing, one 12’ wide gate, and one 6 ft. wide gate. Minimum 26-gauge roof and siding. 3/12 pitch. Die-formed ridge cap. Structures to be clear span. Divider wall to roof line and sheeted on both sides with 26-gauge R-panel and 36” personnel door. Minimum 6” slab. Two 14’H X 14’W commercial grade roll up doors, Two 36” personnel doors. Gutter and downspouts with concrete splash guards. Provide specifications for columns, framework, trusses, and piers. Concrete aprons to be installed at every entrance. All steel construction. Concrete to be rated for forklift traffic and warehouse storage.
